Senior Practitioner Job Opportunity

In Tameside, we are currently recruiting an experienced and dedicated Senior Practitioner to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in child welfare and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families.

About the Role

As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our Cared for Children service, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and their families.

Your expertise and experience will be essential in ensuring that we continue to provide effective and compassionate services to those who need them most.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the development and implementation of care plans for children
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Support the growth and development of staff within the team
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
