Senior Practitioner Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Practitioner to join our team in Tameside.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families, working in partnership with other agencies to deliver high-quality services.

About the Role

As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of practitioners, providing guidance and support to ensure that the highest standards of care are delivered to children and their families.

You will also be expected to develop and implement care plans, working closely with other professionals to ensure that the needs of children and families are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans for children
  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver services
  • Support the development of staff within the team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
