Strategic Leader for Tameside Children's Services

The Role
We are seeking a Strategic Leader to join our newly formed permanent Children's senior leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Independent Review Officers (IROs) and Child Protection Chairs to improve performance and practice, leading to better outcomes for children and families.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the IROs and CP Chairs to drive forward improvements in performance and practice
- Foster a positive organisational culture to achieve our ambitious improvement plan
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to empowering, enabling, motivating and developing our workforce
