Job Description:

Requirements:

- Experience in managing attendance in a local authority, school, or alternative provision setting.">
- Thorough understanding of Education Act, Working Together to Improve School Attendance (2024 statutory guidance), and Keeping Children Safe in Education (2023 statutory guidance).">
- Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy team.">
- Resilience, effective time management, and the ability to work well under pressure.">
Salary and Benefits:
">This role offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits such as flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
