About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advanced Practitioner to join our team at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.

As a key member of our Extensive Care Service, you will work in partnership with our Crisis Response Team and Frailty Same Day Emergency Care (FSDEC) across Tameside and Glossop locality.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to demonstrate clinical expertise, guidance, and management plans to complex frail patients in the community and secondary care setting.

You will be responsible for supervising and driving improvements in treatment quality, motivating colleagues through change processes and clinical audits, evidence-based practice, mentorship, development of protocols and pathways, and professional clinical management and leadership.

What We Offer

As a Senior Advanced Practitioner, you will receive a competitive salary of £62,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
