About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to join our Cared for Children Service. As a Team Manager, you will lead a team of Social Workers and be responsible for ensuring timely care and permanence planning for children. You will achieve this through professional supervision, supporting staff learning and development, and producing high-quality work to improve outcomes for cared-for children.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Social Workers to deliver exceptional child care services
  • Ensure timely care and permanence planning for children
