Mondrian Alpha, a leading global Hedge Fund, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the expansion of its London office. This newly created role will oversee all non-US talent acquisition, focusing on developing a strategic sourcing plan and collaborating with senior business heads to assess and attract top talent.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive total compensation package of £150-200k in year one, including a top-tier pension and healthcare plan, as well as fully subsidised breakfast, lunch, and gym. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant financial services experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with excellent communication and presentation skills. A strong academic profile and industry qualifications are also highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive European sourcing strategy
- Collaborate with senior business heads to evolve the firm's talent assessment processes
- Oversee the London office early talent programme and lateral talent plan
