Job Title: EMEA Data Centre Sourcing Expert

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Data Centre Sourcing Expert to join our data centre advisory team at CBRE. The successful candidate will source and acquire data centre real estate on behalf of global corporate, technology, and telecommunications clients across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourced, negotiated, and executed data centre transactions (acquisitions, expansions, and renewals) across EMEA.
  • Developed and advised on client data centre requirements and strategy across EMEA.
  • Delivered presentations to existing and target clients on data centre market dynamics across EMEA.
  • Established a strong profile and network within the data centre market to assist with market knowledge and business development opportunities.
  • Participated in public speaking opportunities at European data centre conferences as experience developed.

Person Specification/Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate has a real estate-based degree.
  • Strong background in real estate agency experience.
  • Proven client-facing experience.
  • Commercially astute.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to form professional relationships quickly.
  • Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude towards routine tasks.
  • Accurate and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Pro-active and enjoys working independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Confident and assertive when required.
  • Sociable, outgoing personality who enjoys working in a team.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • MRICS preferred but not necessary.
