Job Title: Data Centre Transactions Specialist

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join CBRE's market-leading data centre advisory team as a Data Centre Transactions Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the sourcing and acquisition of data centre real estate on behalf of global corporate, technology, and telecommunications clients across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and advise on client data centre requirements and strategy across EMEA.
  • Sourcing, negotiation, and execution of data centre transactions (acquisitions, expansions, and renewals) across EMEA.
  • Deliver presentations to existing and target clients on data centre market dynamics across EMEA.
  • Build a strong profile and network within the data centre market to assist with market knowledge and business development opportunities.
  • Public speaking opportunities at European data centre conferences as experience develops.

Person Specification/Requirements:

  • Ideally, a real estate-based degree.
  • A strong background in real estate agency experience.
  • Proven client-facing experience.
  • Commercially astute.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to form professional relationships quickly.
  • Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks.
  • Accurate and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team.
  • Confident and assertive when required.
  • Sociable, outgoing personality who enjoys working in a team.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • MRICS preferred but not necessary.
