Job Overview:

The Senior Manager Talent Management, EMEA role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth through talent acquisition and management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  • Manage a team of recruiters and provide coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance targets.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £100,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
