As Director, EMEA Institutional, you will be part of the team responsible for developing and implementing sales, relationship management, and product strategies for institutional clients in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of business developers, relationship managers, and associate relationship managers, overseeing the full lifecycle of talent within the team, and serving as a thought partner to the Head of EMEA Institutional to develop and implement the strategic vision for the team.

Our ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in business development and/or relationship management, including a proven track record of successfully building and managing client-facing teams. A strong academic background, ideally with a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA), is also essential.
