About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Exec Talent Team as a Talent Development Lead. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives across divisions, partnering with key stakeholders to drive talent development, reporting, and performance management.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with senior leaders and teams to ensure the business's talent pipeline is aligned with its strategic goals.

As a Talent Development Lead, you will:

  • Lead the coordination and delivery of global senior talent initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Actively contribute to the planning and execution of key talent programmes.
  • Support in preparing for key executive talent forums and divisional talent reviews.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to drive performance and succession planning.
  • Track and report, being data-led with decisions, using these to influence key performance indicators for senior talent development.

This role requires:

  • Experience in senior or executive talent management in a global or federated business.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments, able to prioritise and pivot when needed.
  • Proven track record of managing complex talent programmes and projects – involving direct and vendor management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. The majority of stakeholders you will be working with will be CPO and above.
  • Confidence and ability to deputise when Director of Exec Talent is away.

The role offers:

  • A salary of up to £100,000 per annum.
  • Bonus of up to 20% of the annual salary.
  • Unlimited holiday allowance.
