About the Role
  • Collaborate with senior agents to identify and pursue career opportunities for clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote talent and increase visibility within the industry.

This role requires a strong understanding of the Film, TV, and Theatre industries, including casting processes and industry protocols. Previous experience working in talent representation, casting, or a related area within the entertainment industry is essential.

Requirements
  • A keen understanding of the Film, TV, and Theatre industries, including familiarity with industry-standard platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum is estimated based on industry standards and location.
