About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Talent Development and Training Coordinator to support our team's growth and development. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing learning initiatives that meet the needs of our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with managers and Heads of HR to support Personal Development Plans.
  • Support succession planning and talent mapping efforts.
  • Create blended learning solutions, incorporating technical, behavioural, and wellbeing training, using digital tools for innovation.

Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in Learning & Development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
