We are seeking a Talent Development Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in shaping our L&D strategy. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating core learning and development initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the design and development of learning programs, curriculum, and content. You will work closely with the Learning, Development and Early Careers Lead to review and update training materials for relevance and engagement within the business.
In this role, you will optimize the use of our Learning Management System (LMS) and create and maintain relevant and up-to-date content. Additionally, you will support our early careers and apprenticeship programs, acting as a key point of contact for apprenticeship providers, university careers teams, and intern providers.
We offer a highly competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, private health insurance, and 25 days annual leave.
