Job Description

Propel is looking for an experienced Talent Development Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in early careers talent acquisition and development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing early careers programs and initiatives.
  2. Developing and implementing talent attraction strategies.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  4. Analyzing data to inform decision-making and drive results.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in early careers talent acquisition and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, plus benefits and a hybrid working arrangement that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
