Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Medical Receptionist/Team Assistant to provide administrative support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, data entry, and communication with families and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, printing, and data entry.
  • Scheduling Management: Manage the scheduling of therapy rooms and team members, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with families, staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Organization: Maintain the organization of the clinic, including the office, therapy rooms, and storage areas.
  • Errands and Supplies: Run errands and order supplies as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with families, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Teamwork: A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support the team in achieving our goals.
