Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our reception team at All Saints Medical Centre. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, visitors, and staff
- Manage incoming calls, respond to queries, and redirect as necessary
- Accurately maintain and update appointment systems, patient records, and filing systems
- Coordinate support services, including interpreting services
- Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and secure at all times
- Act as a chaperone for doctors and clinicians as required
- Provide guidance and training to new team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
