Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and direct patients and visitors to the practice in a courteous and efficient manner
* Process incoming and outgoing telephone calls, ensuring accurate messages are passed to the appropriate person
* Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
* Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive image to patients and visitors
* Work closely with other reception staff to ensure the smooth running of reception and efficient delivery of services
Requirements:
* Experience of working in a GP practice or primary care setting
* Experience of using SystmOne or similar clinical system
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths
