About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Woodlands Medical Practice. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Process patient correspondence, including scanning and filing documents.
- Monitor waiting areas and ensure a smooth flow of patients to appointments.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and maintenance of patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
