KMK Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading independent provider of pension and investment consulting services who are seeking a highly organized and articulate Receptionist to manage their Client Suite Floor.

A dynamic and forward-thinking company based in the heart of the West End, they are looking for a well-presented and experienced Receptionist to be the face of their business, catering and supervisory experience also required.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of corporate reception and catering experience, as well as the ability to supervise a team. Daily duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to a high standard
  • Coordinating all client and internal meeting room bookings
  • Advising the Helpdesk – Digital Services of any PC / VC / miscellaneous presentation equipment requirements
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Catering
