About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Part Time Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth flow of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Management: You will be responsible for checking, querying, and inputting supplier invoices onto our system for payment.
  • Inventory Management: You will manage the documentation of incoming stock with service providers, ensuring that stock rotation is correctly managed.
  • Order Fulfillment: You will be responsible for landing stock on our bespoke computer system when required and invoicing customer orders.
  • Customer Communication: You will work closely with our sales team to keep customers appraised of any delays with orders.
  • Administrative Support: You will provide daily administrative support, including using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: You must have previous experience within administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain accurate records.
  • Communication Skills: You must be confident in dealing with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Technical Skills: You must be competent with Microsoft Office and have a basic understanding of Excel.
