About the Role of Depot Administrator

This position is ideal for individuals seeking a comprehensive administrative role within the traffic management industry. As a Depot Administrator, you will enhance your understanding of the sector while performing essential administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining operational systems for all required tasks.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and ensuring targets and service levels are met.
  • Conducting data entry across various spreadsheets.
  • Reviewing completed projects to verify accuracy and compliance with documentation standards.
  • Compiling invoices and assembling job packs for submission.
  • Evaluating multiple platforms to ensure data integrity and assisting the team with additional administrative duties as needed.

  • Proficient in PC usage and Microsoft Office applications.
