Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily routines, including personal care and medication administration.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients.
  • Assist with accessing the community and engaging in activities.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • A full, clean, UK driver's license is required, as you will be driving our adapted vehicle.
  • 6 months of professional care experience in the UK, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Previous experience working with complex care clients, including non-verbal clients and those with a PEG feed.
  • Flexibility and ability to offer availability with short notice, including weekend shifts.
