Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Office Angels. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Management: Book products in for service and repair, arrange and book collections of orders, and match orders to relevant purchase orders.
  • Customer Service: Keep customers updated on the status of their order, prepare orders for shipment, and conduct thorough checks before off hiring products to ensure no damages.
  • Reporting and Administration: Generate reports to ensure accurate invoicing, process hires and orders daily, and act as the main point of contact for incoming calls.
  • Team Support: Greet and assist visitors to the office, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • IT Literacy: Proficiency in Word, Access, and Sage software packages is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Teamwork: A hardworking team player with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
