We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Office Angels. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Product Management: Book products in for service and repair, arrange and book collections of orders, and match orders to relevant purchase orders.
- Customer Service: Keep customers updated on the status of their order, prepare orders for shipment, and conduct thorough checks before off hiring products to ensure no damages.
- Reporting and Administration: Generate reports to ensure accurate invoicing, process hires and orders daily, and act as the main point of contact for incoming calls.
- Team Support: Greet and assist visitors to the office, and provide administrative support to the team as needed.
- IT Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, and Sage software packages.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Teamwork: A hardworking team player, willing to collaborate and support colleagues.
