Our client, a contemporary and innovative legal practice, is seeking a skilled Private Client Administrative Assistant to become a vital part of their dynamic Private Client Team.
In the role of Private Client Administrative Assistant, you will deliver essential administrative support to one or more attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio transcription (BigHand)
- Drafting legal documents, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Estate Accounts
- Coordinating events, training sessions, and other activities
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in Private Client work.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and exceptional audio typing abilities
Benefits:
- 22 days of annual leave, in addition to public holidays and festive breaks
- Pension scheme
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
