About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Store Manager to join our team at Claire's. As a 3rd Keyholder, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales and promoting products.
  • In the absence of other management, open and close the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally.
  • Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Demonstrate Claire's products and assist customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
  • Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
  • Perform ear piercing duties (full training provided).
  • Ensure the store looks presentable and inviting to customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Some high school education required.
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to operate a POS system.
