WatchHouse is a group of specialty coffee houses located in iconic neighborhoods across London, Bath, and New York. Our mission is to provide a unique and exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors. We're looking for a skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at WatchHouse Hanover.

This role is key to the smooth and efficient running of our coffee shop, taking responsibility for running the floor and counter service in this busy location. As a Front of House Supervisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets us apart from the rest.

As a Front of House Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of hospitality professionals, using industry-leading equipment and working in beautifully designed Houses. You'll receive contracted hours every week, allowing you to plan your personal life with stability and security. You'll also have access to a range of in-House learning and development opportunities, with promotion in management and coffee as well as transfers across the Houses all available to you.
