Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading provider of Business Telecoms & Services in Belfast. This role offers excellent opportunities for career progression and lucrative commission schemes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service through consistent adherence to processes and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing a proactive contact strategy to drive up sales and cross-selling within the customer base.
  • Delivering a retention strategy to help reduce churn in line with expectations.
  • Demonstrating excellent commercial acumen to maintain margin within the customer base and drive growth.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
  • A professional and proactive approach.
  • Prior experience in a Sales or Account Manager role, preferably in a telecoms environment.
