Account Manager Role

We are partnering with a leading provider of Business Telecoms & Services to find an Account Manager. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, implementing a proactive contact strategy, and driving sales growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a proactive contact strategy to the customer base
  • Drive up-selling and cross-selling within the customer base, including the build of a sustainable pipeline
  • Implement a retention strategy to help reduce churn in line with expectations
  • Demonstrate excellent commercial acumen to help maintain margin within the customer base
  • Provide accurate business reporting in line with Line Manager guidelines and time frames

Requirements:

  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
  • Prior experience in a sales or account management role
  • Knowledge and experience in dealing with customer queries and issues, and the ability to bring them to a satisfactory resolution
  • Telecoms experience in a B2B or B2C campaign is desirable
