Telecoms Sales Manager

VANRATH is delighted to partner with a leading Telecoms and Technology company to recruit a Business Development Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to join a talented team and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Salary: The salary package on offer includes a competitive base salary of £30,000 - £38,000 plus commission, with an OTE of £60,000 - £70,000. In addition, the position comes with a range of benefits, including a company car and equipment provided.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to prospect for new clients, identify potential business opportunities, and build relationships with key decision makers. The ideal candidate will have previous field-based sales experience within a consultative selling environment, with a proven track record of achieving targets. They will be able to think on their feet, stay ahead of the curve, and forecast and achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
* Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation
* Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
* Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
* Research and build relationships with new clients
* Achieve GP targets
* Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous field-based sales experience within a consultative selling environment
* Proven track record of achieving targets
* Ability to think on your feet and stay ahead of the curve
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
