Job Title:Account Manager- Desk Based Location: Belfast Hours of Work- 8.30am - 5.00pm Salary and Benefits:£26k- £30k dep on experience plus excellent Commission Structure Employment Type- Permanent (Full time hours) The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful provider of Business Telecoms & Services company who are looking for an Account Manager- Desk Based.

You will be responsible for high quality customer service to customers through consistent adherence to processes and procedures.
The Right role: Deliver a proactive Contact Strategy to customer base Deliver a proactive review strategy for all customer base Driveup sellingand cross-selling within customer base, including the build of a sustainable pipeline Deliver a retention strategy to help reduce churn in line with expectations Demonstrate excellent commercial acumen to help maintain margin within customer base and to drive GP withincustomer base new sales Demonstrate ability to provide accurate business reporting in line with Line Manager guidelines andtime frames Have a positive attitude toward customers in all interactions and establish positive rapport.
The Right Fit: Excellent communications skills both oral and written Able to demonstrate a professional and proactive approach Previous experience in a Sales / Account Manager role Knowledge and experience in dealing with customer queries and issues and the ability to bring to a satisfactory resolution.
Telecoms experience in a B2B or B2C campaign is desirable Skills: Telecommunication Account Management Sales
