Key Account Growth Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Growth Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and developing sales across all of Ireland, selling products and services into various sectors such as water, telecoms, rail, and power.
About the Role:
- Grow and develop sales across all of Ireland.
- Sell products and services into water, telecoms, rail, and power sectors.
- Manage customer accounts for short and long-term success.
- Be a confident first point of contact/ambassador for clients.
- Responsible for achieving KPIs and setting sales account targets.
- Maintain existing business and generate new business across ROI and NI.
About You:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within a Business Development Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical sales/engineering knowledge is desirable.
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English.
- A results-driven individual with a hunger to drive sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals on the road.
