Nominate Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a successful provider of Business Telecoms & Services company who are looking for a skilled Account Manager- Desk Based.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to our clients through consistent adherence to processes and procedures. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, driving growth and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a proactive contact strategy to customer base
• Drive up selling and cross-selling within customer base
• Build a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities
• Demonstrate excellent commercial acumen to maintain margin within customer base
• Provide accurate business reporting in line with Line Manager guidelines and time frames
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales or account management role, with a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Salary: £26k-£30k (dependent on experience) plus commission structure.
