Business Development Manager Telecoms

Client VANRATH is pleased to partner with a leading Telecoms and Technology company in recruiting a skilled BDE/BDM to join their high-performing team. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package, including a salary of £30,000 - £38,000 plus commission (£60,000 - £70,000 OTE) and a range of excellent benefits.

The ideal candidate should have previous field-based sales experience within a consultative selling environment, with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets. They should possess an acute business acumen, a 'get up and go' attitude, and the ability to think on their feet while staying ahead of the curve.

The key responsibilities include prospecting for potential new clients, identifying decision-makers, handling objections, and researching/building relationships with new clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for achieving GP targets, identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to increased sales.
