About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Relationship Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Derby. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in managing and nurturing client relationships, driving long-term business growth, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop strategic plans to meet client needs and drive business expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the current client base.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Relationship Manager or in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Compensation Package:
  • A competitive base salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
