Job Overview

  • Manage the delivery of apprenticeships within niche sectors like Lean Six Sigma and Audio Visual.
  • Lead a team of trainers, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets learner and employer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies to continuously improve quality, aligned with Page Personnel Sales' commitment to excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements, ESFA funding rules, and regulatory bodies.

The Successful Candidate

  • Proven track record in managing apprenticeship programs, emphasizing quality and compliance.
  • Strong experience in Ofsted inspections and leading teams towards achieving Outstanding results.

What We Offer

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours Monday to Friday.
  • Hybrid working model.
  • Free parking on site.
  • Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
  • 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
