As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum

Location: Derbyshire (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-time

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage timelines and meet KPIs/SLAs
  • Oversee marketing print, large-format print, and promotional merchandise campaigns
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and profitably
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver top-tier results
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of print (bonus: experience with promotional merchandise)
  • Proven expertise in client services and account management
  • Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple projects
  • Familiarity with MIS systems, Word, and Excel
  • Creative problem-solving skills to enhance campaign success
