We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to drive business growth and foster strong client relationships at beBee Professionals in Derby.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to meet client needs and expand our business.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
