Help Desk Operations Specialist

We are seeking a talented IT Service Desk Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional technical support and customer service to our users. As the IT Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT Service Desk team and ensuring that we maintain high-quality standards.
This includes:
- Acting as the Group Subject Matter Expert in ITIL core management practices.
- Managing and leading the IT Service Desk team, fostering a motivated, trained, and high-performing environment.
- Ensuring controlled and effective implementation of changes.
- Overseeing the resolution of incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs, ensuring consistent, high-quality IT support.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Professional certifications in ITIL ITSM (e.g., A technical certification in Information Technology or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of IT support, infrastructure, hardware, and networking.
- Understanding of IT Security and Compliance requirements/frameworks.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and IT service management tools.
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
