Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Desk Operations Manager to join our team at Agility Resourcing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to users of all IT Business Services, leading the deployment and management of these services, and resolving complex IT incidents and service requests within the agreed SLA.
About the Role:The Service Desk Operations Manager will lead the team in delivering exceptional support to users, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and implementing changes to enhance the overall service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing the ticket queue, prioritizing calls, and collaborating with the broader IT teams to prepare hardware and software for implementation.
Requirements:- Extensive experience in technical support and service desk operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in service desk operations, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to work in a team environment. ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification is beneficial.
