We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician to join our growing team at SearchData in Liverpool. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective first-line support for hardware and software problems via phone, email, or chat.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of complex issues.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a help desk or service desk environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange is mandatory for this role.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with legal tech or document management systems would be advantageous.
    • Benefits Package:
      • A salary of £28,500 - £31,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
      • An annual leave allowance of 25 days, plus bank holidays.
      • A hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from home three days a week and collaborate with the team in Liverpool two days a week.
