Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled System Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to users via phone, email, and remote access tools.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base documentation.

Requirements:

  • At least 24 months of experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
