Property Support Technician

This role involves working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality maintenance services to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, performing general day-to-day store and property maintenance tasks, and assisting the management team in maintaining equipment and facilities.
About the Job:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a maintenance, engineering, or construction environment and a demonstrated enthusiasm for maintaining high standards. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A full driving license and health & safety awareness are also essential requirements for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.
- Performing general day-to-day store and property maintenance tasks.
- Assisting the management team in maintaining equipment and facilities.
