IT Service Desk Professional

TeamLogic IT, SE Grand Rapids, MI is looking for a skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team.
This is a full-time role with shift work between 8am-6pm, 35 hours a week.
The successful candidate will be based in Paisley and must be within commuting distance.
The rate for this position is £175 per day.
Job Description- Length: Until March 2025
- IR35: Inside. Paid PAYE
- Rate: £175 per day
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer contacts to resolve incidents.
- Accurately capture details of incidents and use technical knowledge to categorise and prioritise tickets correctly.
- Perform triage of issues and escalate them to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively with the team leader and other teams.
- Identify service improvements and implement them.
- Demonstrable work experience equivalent to SCQF 7 or an HNC level in an IT related subject.
- Proven track record in call handling.
- Experience of working in a service environment.
- Familiarity with online tools for recording and monitoring customer contacts.
- Good technical knowledge of Microsoft-based environments.
