Salary: Our competitive salary and commission plan include stock options, with an estimated annual compensation of $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and experience.
Job Description: As the Global Client Partner Manager, you will lead a team of client partners, reporting to the VP of Sales, and oversee the client journey to achieve company retention and expansion growth targets. Your responsibilities will include hiring exceptional talent, developing and motivating the team, and providing accurate forecasting of team performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in managing and leading enterprise sales teams, with a proven track record of team quota attainment and strong coaching skills. Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience in managing and leading enterprise sales teams
- 8-10+ years of experience in media, technology, and analytics
- Superior coaching skills and ability to manage multiple objectives
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to the C-suite
- Strong individual and team motivation skills, with high self-awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skills
