Job Overview

This is a senior finance role within Axon Enterprise, where you will serve as a strategic business partner to our global sales teams and key stakeholders. You will drive policy governance, internal controls, timely and accurate US GAAP accounting, and integrate new businesses and operations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or a related field, with a focus on revenue recognition, contract review, process transformation, and data analytics. A solid understanding of US GAAP is essential, and experience in order-to-cash or revenue recognition functions within complex multinational companies is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a thought leader for global teams in business operations, sales strategy development, financial modeling, contract negotiation, and accounting analysis.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and processes to ensure high-quality US GAAP close and accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyze and provide insights on KPIs and productivity metrics to enhance operational performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data transformation and enable faster decision-making.
  • Lead Controllership M&A integrations, including process and system integration.
