This leading independently owned property and infrastructure support services company seeks a Commercial Management Accountant to provide management information to the directors and managers. The role requires producing timely and accurate management accounts and supporting analysis for the Commercial Finance Manager.

  • Contract profitability reports, contract costing schedules, and budgets will be prepared as required for directors and clients.
  • The account team will conduct regular site reviews and attend meetings with the commercial finance manager.
  • New contract quotations and tenders will involve preparing costings and providing financial support.
  • Mobilization of successful tenders will be assisted by providing relevant financial information.
  • Information for reporting on contract accounts, including profitability, reconciliation, and variance, will be prepared and analyzed.
  • Potential opportunities and risks will be measured and analyzed internally and externally.
  • Valued support will be delivered to internal business customers.
  • Financial support will be provided to the account managers and director.
  • Project objectives will be participated in and delivered when necessary.
  • New systems and processes will be designed and developed with financial system maintenance and updates.
  • KPIs will be monitored, developed, and interpreted for the business.
  • Commercial directors will be supported with strategic and operational decisions through information, analysis, and advice.
  • Closely working relationships with internal customers will be established to understand the business and establish a network of contacts.
