Role Overview

This role plays a critical part in providing financial analysis, insights and guidance to support business growth and profitability.

Your primary focus will be on partnering with various business units, understanding their operations, and delivering financial reporting on business performance.

You'll deliver effective commercial procedures to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered.

You'll be responsible for collating and analysing financial data, identifying trends and developing actionable recommendations to drive performance and add value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly management reports, including commentary on results for designated business partners.
  • Report on performance, identifying exceptions and explaining key variances, providing insights into potential risks for the business.
  • Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the business, supporting partner performance management.
  • Develop expert knowledge of all relevant systems within the business to enable effective reporting.
  • Support billing data & practices, working with internal stakeholders to monitor effective billing on an ongoing basis.
  • Track and analyse data for all workstreams to monitor compliance with contracts, billing and payments.
  • Support internal and external audits as needed.
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting requirements in support of business initiatives.

Requirements

You'll need:

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret raw data and translate it into clear information.
  • Solutions orientated, with the ability to simplify complex data and explain financial information to non-finance individuals.
  • ACA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
